Sec. 437.010. SUBMISSION OF PLANS AND SUBSEQUENT INSPECTION. (a) Before issuing a permit, a county or public health district may require an applicant to provide plans of the food preparation, storage, and sales areas to determine if the applicant is in compliance with state law and rules adopted under state law governing the applicant. (b) The county or public health district may deny the permit after initial inspection only if the applicant is not in compliance with the plans approved by the county or district. (c) If the county or public health district finds on inspection that an applicant is not in compliance with state law and rules adopted under state law, the county or public health district may reinspect the applicant at a later date to determine if the applicant is in compliance.
