JURISDICTION FOR VIOLATION

Sec. 433.082. JURISDICTION FOR VIOLATION. The district court has jurisdiction of:
(1) an action to enforce and to prevent and restrain a violation of this chapter; and
(2) any other case arising under this chapter.
