Sec. 433.056. INEDIBLE ANIMAL PRODUCTS. A person in the business of buying, selling, or transporting, in intrastate commerce, may not offer an inedible animal product for sale unless: (1) the sale is for further sterilization processing; or (2) the product has been processed in a manner that prevents the survival of disease-producing organisms or deleterious substances in the processed material.
