Sec. 433.026. NIGHT INSPECTION; HOURS OF OPERATION. (a) The department shall provide for inspection at night of livestock slaughtered at night and food products prepared at night for the purposes of intrastate commerce. (b) If the department determines that a person's operating hours are capricious or unnecessarily difficult, the department may set the person's time and duration of operation.
