Sec. 433.008. RULES. (a) The executive commissioner shall adopt rules necessary for the efficient execution of this chapter. (b) The executive commissioner shall adopt and use federal rules, regulations, and procedures for meat and poultry inspection, as applicable. (c) The executive commissioner may adopt rules requiring a processing establishment that processes livestock under Section 433.006 (a)(2) to obtain a grant of custom exemption for that activity.
