Sec. 431.402. LICENSE REQUIRED. (a) A person may not engage in wholesale distribution of prescription drugs in this state unless the person holds a wholesale drug distribution license under this subchapter for each place of business. (b) A license issued under this subchapter expires on the second anniversary of the date of issuance.
