Sec. 431.249. DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION. (a) The department may publish reports summarizing the judgments, decrees, and court orders rendered under this chapter, including the nature and disposition of the charge. (b) The department may disseminate information regarding a food, drug, device, or cosmetic in a situation that the department determines to involve imminent danger to health or gross deception of consumers. (c) This section does not prohibit the department from collecting, reporting, and illustrating the results of an investigation by the department.
