Sec. 431.202. LICENSE REQUIRED. (a) A person may not engage in wholesale distribution of nonprescription drugs in this state unless the person holds a wholesale drug distribution license issued by the department under this subchapter or Subchapter N. (b) An applicant for a license under this subchapter must submit an application to the department on the form prescribed by the department or electronically on the state electronic Internet portal. (c) A license issued under this subchapter expires on the second anniversary of the date of issuance.
