Sec. 431.105. CONTRACTUAL AUTHORITY. (a) A state agency, including the commission, or a political subdivision may contract with a local government corporation to accomplish a governmental purpose of the sponsoring local government in the same manner and to the same extent that it: (1) may contract with any other corporation created under this chapter; and (2) is authorized to contract under Subchapter A , Chapter 472 . (b) A local government may contract with a corporation to accomplish the purposes of the sponsoring local government in the manner provided under Subchapter C , Chapter 224 .
