Sec. 43.522. ISSUANCE AND EXPIRATION OF CONSERVATION PERMIT. (a) The department or its agent may issue a conservation permit to any person on the payment to the department or agent of a fee in an amount set by the commission. (b) A conservation permit expires on the first anniversary of the date on which it is issued.
