Sec. 43.0505. APPLICABILITY. (a) This subchapter applies only to an annexation under Subchapter C-1. (b) Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 155 (H.B. 347 ), Sec. 1.01(4), eff. May 24, 2019.
