Sec. 419.905. APPEAL OF COMMISSION DECISIONS. (a) A person dissatisfied with an action of the commission may appeal the action in accordance with Chapter 2001 . (b) The attorney general, the district or county attorney, or an assistant of one of these persons shall represent the commission in an appeal under this section.
