Sec. 411.138. ACCESS TO CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD INFORMATION: JUVENILE BOARD OR JUVENILE PROBATION DEPARTMENT. A juvenile board or juvenile probation department is entitled to obtain from the department criminal history record information maintained by the department that relates to a person who is: (1) an applicant for a position with the juvenile probation department; (2) an employee for whom the juvenile board or juvenile probation department will seek certification from the Texas Juvenile Justice Department; or (3) an employee or department applicant who currently holds certification from the Texas Juvenile Justice Department.
