Sec. 411.112. ACCESS TO CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD INFORMATION: TEXAS COMMISSION ON LAW ENFORCEMENT. The Texas Commission on Law Enforcement is entitled to obtain from the department criminal history record information maintained by the department that relates to a person who is: (1) an applicant for a license under Chapter 1701 , Occupations Code; or (2) the holder of a license under that chapter.
