Sec. 411.0045. PHYSICAL FITNESS PROGRAMS. The commission shall adopt: (1) physical fitness programs in accordance with Section 614.172 ; and (2) a resolution certifying that the programs adopted under Subdivision (1) are consistent with generally accepted scientific standards and meet all applicable requirements of state and federal labor and employment law.
