Sec. 410.305. CONFLICT WITH RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE. (a) To the extent that this subchapter conflicts with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure or any other rules adopted by the supreme court, this subchapter controls. (b) Repealed by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., 2nd C.S., Ch. 7 (H.B. 16 ), Sec. 12.11(6), eff. December 4, 2025.
