Sec. 407.102. REGULATORY FEE. (a) Each certified self-insurer shall pay an annual fee to cover the administrative costs incurred by the division in implementing this chapter. (b) The division shall base the fee on the total amount of income benefit payments made in the preceding calendar year. The division shall assess each certified self-insurer a pro rata share based on the ratio that the total amount of income benefit payments made by that certified self-insurer bears to the total amount of income benefit payments made by all certified self-insurers.
