Sec. 403.621. CONFIDENTIALITY OF CERTAIN BUSINESS INFORMATION. (a) Information provided to the comptroller, the governor, or a school district by an applicant under this subchapter that is a trade secret, as defined by Section 134A.002 , Civil Practice and Remedies Code, is confidential and not subject to disclosure under Chapter 552 . (b) Payroll records reported under Section 403.616 (c)(1)(A) or (B) by an applicant to the comptroller are confidential and not subject to disclosure under Chapter 552 .
