Sec. 403.252. EXCEPTIONS. This subchapter does not apply to: (1) state agency funds located completely outside the state treasury; (2) the petty cash accounts maintained by the Department of State Health Services under Section 533.037 (d), Health and Safety Code; or (3) imprest funds kept by enforcement agencies for the purchase of evidence or other enforcement purposes.
