Sec. 403.0245. AVAILABILITY ON INTERNET OF CERTAIN INFORMATION ON STATE GRANTS. (a) In this section, "state agency" has the meaning assigned by Section 403.013 . (b) A state agency that awards a state grant in an amount greater than $25,000 shall make available to the public on the agency's generally accessible Internet website the purposes for which the grant was awarded. The agency shall provide to the comptroller a link to the information in order for the comptroller to maintain the information on the comptroller's Internet website through a central Internet portal.
