Sec. 403.004. COLLECTION OF SURCHARGE AFTER WITHDRAWAL FROM BUSINESS. The commissioner or the commissioner of insurance immediately shall proceed to collect surcharges due under this chapter from an insurance carrier that withdraws from business in this state, using legal process as necessary.
