Sec. 402.301. LICENSE RENEWAL. (a) A license under this chapter is valid for two years. The department shall renew the license every two years on payment of the renewal fee unless the license is suspended or revoked. (f) The department may not renew a license unless the license holder provides proof that all equipment that is used by the license holder to produce a measurement in the testing of hearing acuity has been properly calibrated or certified by a qualified technician.
