Sec. 402.203. APPLICATION FOR EXAMINATION. (a) An applicant for examination must: (1) apply to the department in the manner and on a form prescribed by the executive director; (2) provide: (A) documentation that the applicant is at least 18 years of age and has graduated from an accredited high school or equivalent; and (B) other information determined necessary by the department; and (3) pay any required fees for application and examination. (b) A permit holder may not take the examination until the satisfactory completion of the requirements of Subchapter F by the supervisor and permit holder is verified. (c) Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 377 (H.B. 2699 ), Sec. 6(2), eff. September 1, 2019.
