Sec. 402.069. QUALIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS OF CONDUCT INFORMATION. The commissioner or the commissioner's designee shall provide to division employees, as often as necessary, information regarding their: (1) qualifications for office or employment under this subtitle; and (2) responsibilities under applicable law relating to standards of conduct for state officers or employees.
