Sec. 402.062. ACCEPTANCE OF GIFTS, GRANTS, AND DONATIONS. (a) The division may accept gifts, grants, or donations as provided by rules adopted by the commissioner. (b) Repealed by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 265, Sec. 7.01(15), eff. September 1, 2005.
