APPELLATE JURISDICTION OF COUNTY COURTS

Art. 4.08. APPELLATE JURISDICTION OF COUNTY COURTS. The county courts shall have appellate jurisdiction in criminal cases of which justice courts and other inferior courts have original jurisdiction.
