Sec. 396.024. PENALTY. (a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly violates Section 396.021 or 396.022 . (b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $100 or more than $500. (c) Each day a violation continues is a separate offense.
