Sec. 395.055. NOTICE OF HEARING ON AMENDMENTS TO LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN, OR IMPACT FEE. (a) The notice and hearing procedures prescribed by Sections 395.044 (a) and (b) apply to a hearing on the amendment of land use assumptions, a capital improvements plan, or an impact fee. (b) The notice of a hearing under this section must contain the following: (1) a headline to read as follows: (2) the time, date, and location of the hearing; (3) a statement that the purpose of the hearing is to consider the amendment of land use assumptions and a capital improvements plan and the imposition of an impact fee; and (4) a statement that any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or against the update.
