Sec. 393.624. RESTRICTIONS ON OFF-SITE ADVERTISING. (a) A credit access business may not advertise on the premises of a nursing facility, assisted living facility, group home, intermediate care facility for persons with an intellectual disability, or other similar facility subject to regulation by the Health and Human Services Commission. (b) The finance commission may adopt rules to implement this section.
