Sec. 392.065. MISCELLANEOUS POWERS. An authority may: (1) sue and be sued; (2) have a seal and change the seal at will; (3) have perpetual succession; (4) make and execute contracts and other instruments that are necessary or convenient to the exercise of the authority's powers; and (5) make, amend, and repeal bylaws and rules that are consistent with this chapter to implement the authority's powers and purposes.
