Sec. 392.039. OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF A REGIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY. (a) The commissioners of a regional housing authority shall elect a chairman from among the commissioners. (b) The commissioners of a regional housing authority may select or employ other officers and employees the commissioners consider necessary.
