PERMIT FOR COMMERCIAL SIGNS; OFFENSE

Sec. 391.067. PERMIT FOR COMMERCIAL SIGNS; OFFENSE. (a) A person who has a license issued under this subchapter commits an offense if the person wilfully erects or maintains a commercial sign for which a license is required under Section 391.061 unless that person also has a permit for the sign.
(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $500 or more than $1,000. Each day of the proscribed conduct is a separate offense.
