Sec. 391.0116. RESTRICTIONS ON EMPLOYMENT. (a) An employee of a commission when using state-appropriated funds, including federal funds, is subject to the same rules regarding lobbying and other advocacy activities as an employee of any state agency. (b) The nepotism provisions of Chapter 573 , Government Code, apply to a commission.
