Sec. 386.251. TEXAS EMISSIONS REDUCTION PLAN ACCOUNT. (a) The Texas emissions reduction plan account is an account in the state treasury. (b) The account is administered by the commission for the benefit of the plan established under this chapter. The account is exempt from the application of Section 403.095 , Government Code. Interest earned on the account shall be credited to the account. (c) The account consists of its accumulated balance.
