Sec. 382.110. UTILITIES. (a) This chapter does not grant the board any right-of-way management authority over public utilities. (b) To the extent the construction, maintenance, or operation of a project under this chapter requires the relocation or extension of a public utility facility, the district shall reimburse the public utility for all costs associated with the relocation, removal, extension, or other adjustment of the facility.
