Sec. 382.025. ORDERS RELATING TO CONTROLLING AIR POLLUTION. (a) If the commission determines that air pollution exists, the commission may order any action indicated by the circumstances to control the condition. (b) The commission shall grant to the owner or operator of a source time to comply with its orders as provided for by commission rules. Those rules must provide for time for compliance gauged to the general situations that the hearings on proposed rules indicate are necessary.
