Sec. 382.0171. ALTERNATIVE FUELS AND SELECT-USE TECHNOLOGIES. (a) In adopting rules, the commission shall encourage and may allow the use of natural gas and other alternative fuels, as well as select-use technologies, that will reduce emissions. (b) Any orders or determinations made under this section must be consistent with Section 382.024 .
