Sec. 375.002. CONSTRUCTION OF CHAPTER. (a) This chapter shall be liberally construed in conformity with the findings and purposes in Section 375.001 . (b) If any provision of general law is in conflict or inconsistent with this chapter, this chapter prevails. Any general law not in conflict or inconsistent with this chapter is adopted and incorporated by reference.
