Sec. 374.910. EFFECT ON MUNICIPAL POWERS. (a) This chapter does not repeal a charter provision adopted by a home-rule municipality to accomplish the same purposes as this chapter. This chapter is cumulative of municipal powers. (b) The powers conferred by this chapter are supplemental to the powers conferred on municipalities by the charters of home-rule municipalities of this state.
