Sec. 371.305. WILFUL VIOLATION OF CHAPTER; OFFENSE. (a) A person commits an offense if the person holds a license under this chapter and: (1) wilfully violates this chapter; or (2) wilfully makes a false entry in a record specifically required by this chapter. (b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000.
