Sec. 371.301. COMMISSIONER'S ENFORCEMENT POWERS. For purposes of enforcing this chapter, the commissioner: (1) has the powers granted to the commissioner under Chapter 14 ; (2) may exercise those powers in the same manner as those powers may be exercised under: (A) Chapters 14 , 392 , and 394 ; (B) Subtitle B, Title 4; and (C) Chapters 51 , 302 , 601 , and 621 , Business & Commerce Code; and (3) has any authority granted the commissioner by other law.
