Sec. 371.066. TEMPORARY LICENSE. (a) The commissioner may issue a temporary pawnshop license on receipt of an application: (1) to transfer a license from one person to another; or (2) for a license involving principals and owners that are substantially identical to those of a pawnshop in operation at the time of receipt of the application. (b) A temporary license is effective until a permanent license is issued or denied.
