Sec. 364.0341. SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICES IN EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF CERTAIN MUNICIPALITIES. (a) This section applies only to a municipality wholly or partly located in a county with a population of more than 57,000 and less than 57,900. (b) Notwithstanding Sections 364.011 (a) and 364.034 (a), a county may offer, require the use of, and charge a fee for solid waste disposal services in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of a municipality. (c) A municipality may not provide solid waste disposal services or charge a fee for those services in the municipality's extraterritorial jurisdiction if the county provides those services under Subsection (b).
