Sec. 363.155. RULES AND PROCEDURES. (a) A board may adopt rules governing district-funded programs and the functions of district staff. (b) The board may prescribe accounting and control procedures for the district. (c) The board is subject to the administrative procedure law, Chapter 2001 , Government Code. (d) Subsection (c) does not apply to a district that contains only one municipality.
