Sec. 361.977. TELEVISION RECYCLING ACCOUNT. (a) The television recycling account is an account in the general revenue fund that consists of the: (1) fees collected under Section 361.976 ; and (2) interest earned on the money in the account. (b) Money in the account may be appropriated only to the commission to be used by the commission to maintain a public Internet website and toll-free telephone number that provide consumers with information about covered television equipment recycling opportunities in this state.
