Sec. 361.035. RECORDS AND REPORTS; DISPOSAL OF HAZARDOUS WASTE. (a) The commission by rule shall require operators of solid waste facilities for disposal of hazardous waste to maintain records and to submit to the commission reports necessary for the commission to determine the amount of hazardous waste disposal. (b) The commission by rule shall establish the date on which a report required by this section is to be submitted. (c) A penalty collected under Subchapter C or D, Chapter 7 , Water Code, for the late filing of a report required by this section shall be deposited to the credit of the hazardous and solid waste remediation fee account.
