Sec. 36.371. GROUNDWATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT LOAN ASSISTANCE FUND. (a) The groundwater conservation district loan assistance fund is created, to be funded by direct appropriation and by the Texas Water Development Board from the water assistance fund. (b) Repayments of loans shall be deposited in the water assistance fund.
