Sec. 355.066. JUDGMENT IN SUIT ON REJECTED CLAIM. No execution may issue on a rejected claim or part of a claim that is established by suit. The judgment in the suit shall be: (1) filed in the court in which the estate is pending; (2) entered on the claim docket; (3) classified by the court; and (4) handled as if originally allowed and approved in due course of administration.
