Sec. 353.122. REINSTATEMENT OF CONTRACT AFTER DEMAND FOR PAYMENT. After a demand for payment in full under a retail installment contract, the retail buyer and holder of the contract may: (1) agree to reinstate the contract; and (2) amend the contract as provided by Section 353.113 .
