Sec. 352.059. WORK INCENTIVES AND SUPPLEMENTAL SECURITY INCOME (SSI). The commission shall employ a person at the commission's central office to: (1) train counselors to understand and use work incentives; and (2) review cases to ensure that commission clients are informed of the availability of and assisted in obtaining work incentives and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) (42 U.S.C. Section 1381 et seq.).
